Great sadness in the Patrick Kavanagh Centre, Inniskeen. He has left us a legacy which is everlasting. He made the local universal. Around Inniskeen the 15th of August was the most important harvest festival so we have a natural affinity with Dancing at Lughnasa. Condolences to his wife and family. May he rest in peace.
